I made the illustrated garment with the following supplies :

  • a poplin with 2 different colours of threads (light pink and white)
  • a ©Liberty bias binding

Beautiful pattern and shape

Beautiful shirt – I will be making many of these as my child grows. People always comment when my child wears this shirt. Not too tricky to make and I managed the rolled hem on the frill collar without a rolled hem foot for my machine. I just google to find some alternate ways to do it. Guidebook is clear with lots of pictures and the translation to English is great. Next time I might add an extra button so I can space the button holes closer together, just a small tweak I think will suit my child's shape better. Otherwise, it's perfect, my favourite design from Ikatee so far.
