All about Berlin

Berlin is a carrot pants or shorts pattern for women's, featuring a loose fit rounded at the hips, a high waist and patch pockets. The pants are 7/8ths in length, with a narrowed leg at the bottom and finished with a facing for a beautiful finish. The garment proposes a waistband with belt loops, button and zip opening, back darts and slightly lowered crotches. A structured garment for casual and chic outfits.

Size range : from 32 to 52 (French sizes).

Berlin is available in paper or PDF, with the projector file included in the last one, for users of the pattern projection technique.

Fabric recommendations

Berlin is a pattern designed to be sewn in woven fabric. According to the kind of fabrics you will choose, your outfit will be very different. Denim for trendy jeans, short velvet for a dressy look, or gabardine andcorduroy for a more casual version.

For mid-winter, you can also use a fine woollen fabric and, for the holidays, an elegant jacquard, especially for shorts. Don't forget that Berlin is also suitable for summer time with a colorful linen for instance.

Medium-weight wovens (250-380g/m2): velvet, corduroy, denim, flannel, lightweight wool, twill, canvas, linen, jacquard. Fabrics with or without elastane.
