Bedroom accessories patterns and guidebook for women & men

Alexandrie is a set of four patterns designed around the bedroom, for women and men: a kimono, slippers, a sleep mask and a jewelry box. The finishes are meticulous (French seams, flat felled seams, trimmed, and piped) for a refined result.

The complete set for bedroom to sew in matching fabrics, for yourself or as a gift.

Skill level: easy to advanced

What you will learn with this sewing pattern: how to make French seams, to make flat felled seams, to apply bias binding, to apply piping, to sew a zipper, to sew circles.

Size range: 

  • Kimono S/M (FR 32-42, UK 4-14, US 0-10) & L/XL (FR 44-52, UK 16-24, US 12-20)(for men, refer to the finished product measurement chart).
  • Slippers 36/37, 38/39, 40/41, 42/43, 44/45.
  • One size sleep mask and jewelry case.

    Haberdashery
  • Stiff interfacing (such as Vlieseline S320) for the jewelry case.
  • Wadding interfacing (such as Vlieseline H630) for the slippers and sleep mask.
  • Mesh foam (such as Vlieseline Style-Vil) for the slippers.
  • 11 mm (⅜″) elastic for the jewelry case and 15 mm (⅝″) elastic for the mask.
  • 2 mm (⅛″) cotton cord for the jewelry case and mask.
  • 30 cm (11¾″) non-separable zipper or zipper by the meter for the case, double slider recommended.
  • 10.5 mm (⅜″) jersey snaps for the jewelry case.
  • Small ball of fiber fill (or cotton wool) for the jewelry case.

A pattern printed in real size (no overlaying of pieces).
An A5 brochure with all the illustrated steps and information to make your creation successful (cutting plans, tips, etc.) in French and English.
